  • 7/27/09 – Horror Realm article on the Pittsburgh Horror Examiner - Local Horror Realm Convention coming in September.

  • 7/27/09 – It is with great sadness that we note the passing of Clayton Hill.  While most horror convention fans knew Clayton as “sweater zombie” from George Romero’s Dawn of the Dead, he was also weapons director for the film and had a long stage and film career.  Our deepest sympathies go out to his wife, Sharon Cecchatti-Hill and their family.  Clayton has been a friend of our convention since it began three years ago, and he will be missed.  For more on Clayton’s interesting and active life, here is the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s obituary: http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/09208/986678-122.stm?cmpid=news.xml.

  • 8/13/09 – We regret to announce that due to contractual obligations, Debbie Rochon will not appear at Horror Realm.

  • 8/19/09 - We regret to announce that John Amplas will not be appearing due to a scheduling conflict.

  • 9/5/09 – Horror Realm press kit Click here to download

  • Horror Realm videotaping policy:

    - Celebrity guests aren't to be taped without their permission. This includes the movie discussion panels.
    - Same goes for the author panels.
    - No videotaping in the movie room.
    - Anyone with a video camera should stop taping at the request of any other persons at the convention.
