The Chateaux Condominiums features large and spacious condominiums with fireplace, cable TV with free HBO, private balconies off the living room and bedroom as well as a full kitchen equipped with with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, cookware and tableware. The newer swimming pool with hot tub and grilling area is a favorite both summer and winter. Two, three and four bedroom floor plans are available. Easy access to the ski slopes and close to summer activities, too. Building amenities include outdoor hot tub, free parking in the outdoor lot and coin laundry.

Follow highway 135 (North) to Crested Butte, approximately 30 miles. Continue on (North) to Mt. Crested Butte. ResortQuest's central check in location is 9/10 mile past the Mt. Crested Butte welcome sign and located in the 3 Seasons building at 701 Gothic Rd. Trip time: 35 minutes. Follow highway 285 (South) to Poncha Springs, then highway 50 (West) to Gunnison. From Gunnison head north on highway 135 to Mt. Crested Butte. Trip time: approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes. Follow highway 24 (West) to highway 285 (South) into Poncha Springs. From Poncha Springs follow highway 50 (West) into Gunnison, then head north on highway 135 into Crested Butte. Trip time: 3 hours and 20 minutes. Recreation Information

Recreation Information Wintertime fun includes alpine and cross-county skiing, back country skiing, horse drawn sleigh rides, snowmobiling and more. Popular festivals in the winter months include: Country in the Rockies - last week in January, U.S. Extreme Freeskiing Contest - last week in February and the U.S. Extreme Boarderfest - 1st week in March. Summertime visitors will enjoy the close proximity to hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, rafting and horseback riding. Popular summertime festivals include: Fat Tire Bike Week - last week in June, Wildflower Festival - 2nd week in July, Crested Butte Music Festiva - all of July and theFestival of the Arts - first weekend in August.

	Area Attractions Crested Butte Mountain Ski Area, one block south. Winter hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Season dates vary each year but the base area will typically open near Thanksgiving and close early in April.
