The farm's colors are red and white like the baking powder canister. This is one of the most famous horse farms in the world. Calumet has been very successful in breeding and training horses. They have produced the most derby winners ever to date. Thoroughbred Park On Corner of Main & Midland Lexington, KY Thoroughbred Park is located in the corner of Main and Midland. Thoroughbred Park consists of 7 life size, bronze horses statues racing for the finish line. The water behind the statues shooting upward represents the crowd applauding. Each jockey is a replica of a famous derby winner. Gwen Reardon was the designer and developer of these detailed masterpieces. Gwen used the wipes and boots of the famous jockies to make a mold to assure that these replicas were as realistic as possible. Gwen wasn't just an artist. She was the daughter of a horse trainer and she also used to compete as a rider, but she also gave up her horse life to "horse around" with her artistic abilities.
